Xist Publishing partners with creators who are passionate about crafting meaningful, engaging books for young readers. Our publishing focus is on stories and nonfiction that inspire discovery, spark delight, and invite children to choose reading for themselves. We value thoughtful storytelling, strong visual voices, and work that truly connects with kids.
For Authors
Xist Publishing is currently reviewing submissions for select projects, including picture books, elementary nonfiction series proposals, and beginning readers. We are looking for thoughtful, engaging concepts that inspire curiosity, encourage independent reading, and resonate with children across formats.

For Illustrators
We welcome submissions from illustrators interested in working with Xist Publishing.

Response Timeline
Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we are only able to respond to projects that are a strong fit for our current publishing needs. We will not respond to emails to do not follow the above directions. If you do not hear from us within three months, please consider that we have decided not to move forward with your submission at this time.
